His work consists of providing advice to national and foreign clients, especially in corporate and labor matters, analyzing and preparing the strategies and contracts (typical and atypical) necessary for the proper development of their activities.

He stands out for his experience and knowledge in the indicated areas of Law, especially in Labor and Constitutional matters, therefore he offers clients preventive labor advice, in order to minimize the legal and economic consequences, in case of conflicts of this nature, which represent a very high percentage of the daily activities in the different companies.

His experience and knowledge are supported by the fact that he has 25 years of professional experience, and has served as legal counsel on Labor and Constitutional matters for almost 14 years in the Constitutional Court, the highest Constitutional Court of the Republic of Guatemala.
