Co-Founder and Director of the Intellectual Property Department. She has more than 20 years of experience managing intellectual property rights portfolios for national and international clients, both in terms of the protection of rights, as well as in their defense and enforcement, in a variety of administrative, civil, customs and criminal actions. Sandra has become a recognized lawyer as a key reference for these issues in the country for her experience and specialization in these matters. 

She directs the firm's intellectual property team on a day-to-day basis, defining the best strategies for portfolio management, as well as in legal recommendations along with lawyers and assistants for  actions that require clients to take for the protection of their rights in various aspects such as transfer of technology, license of rights, copyright, geographical indications and appellations of origin and dispute settlement and  intellectual property litigation mainly in actions of infringement, unfair competition, nullity, cancellations,  border measures,  among others.

Sandra also has experience in the corporate law area, where she began her practice, and to date is involved to attend and manage different issues for clients in this area.
