Federico Palomo

 
 

Founding partner of Palomo Abogados.   He has been practicing in the areas of Insurance and Maritime for more than 20 years in the firm.  In terms of insurance, together with his team, they advise insurance and reinsurance companies on claims in infrastructure and energy cases, civil liability, environmental damage, litigation, arbitration, alliance development international insurers, regionalization processes thereof and regulatory issues, including reinsurer registrations and reinsurance brokers.

He is the coordinator of Kennedys’ local practice, since its association with Palomo Abogados at the beginning of 2019.

With regard to maritime law, he coordinates the team that advises various disputes in maritime claims, including damage or loss of cargo, subrogation, collisions of ships to docks and port facilities, general average; representing P&I Clubs and their local representatives, as well as shipping companies, carriers, freight forwards and charter party operators.
