Miguel Colop

Attorney in the Department of Litigations, Miguel started his career in Palomo Abogados in 2014, operating within the areas of Intellectual Property and Notary. For 2 years, Miguel has been developing, in coordination with other departments and Attorneys of the firm, the litigation strategies for the different cases and processes.

 His involvement in other areas of the Firm has allowed him to have the versatility and prior knowledge of the substantive matters in which he now develops successful litigation strategies, especially in Intellectual Property, Insurance and Corporate Litigation processes.

 Miguel has become the direct contact for different clients, both national and international, to whom he provides legal advice on civil, business, criminal and administrative litigation at all levels, including litigation before Municipal Judges and ordinary courts, as well as before the Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court.

 In addition, Miguel also promotes various strategies that aim to avoid future litigation, so he seeks to generate out-of-court agreements that allow to meet the interests of clients; analyzing and providing the best strategy, according to the case or situation.
