Lawyer of the Intellectual Property Department of the firm, who leads the international practice in charge of all matters in which our clients request services for Latin America.

She mainly advises clients on the legal procedure and strategies for the administration of trademark portfolios and other intellectual property rights, centralizing it from Guatemala to all countries of Central America, South America, Mexico and the Dominican Republic, in coordination with our local partner firms. In these countries, she advises on litigation at the administrative, civil, and criminal levels, such as objections, oppositions, appeals, unfair competition, trademark infringement and border measures, as well as in counterfeiting and piracy offences. In addition, she is responsible for advising our clients on compliance on regulatory and consumer matters, related to food, beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals products in this region.

At the local level, she assists in transfer of technology contracts and agreements.
